We specialize in Aluminum and Zinc Castings and have over 30 years experience with permanent mold castings.

We use the most modern method of melting metal. An electric induction furnace maintains correct chemical and temperature properties and controls gas and porosity for making quality castings.

Our in-house semiautomatic shell core machines allow us to produce all our cores in-house, dry sand cores are also made in-house.

Castings are expertly trimmed and sanded and great care is taken to maintain proper dimensions.

We supply sand castings to all industries including the computer, automotive, musical instruments, art objects, appliances, marine, and military. We also produce sand castings to military specifications.
