Brock Metals provides an extensive line of high quality Hard and Soft Alloy Aluminum Extrusions

•  6061 is a standard structural aluminum alloy, usually offered in T6 temper for high-strength applications. We provide stain-free, water quenched T-6 material certified to Aluminum Association Specifications (QQ-A-200/8 and ASTM-G-221). Stenciling is required.
  
  
•  6063 is a standard "Work-Horse" alloy for the residential and commercial construction industries. Its also use in countless specialty applications such as; heat sinks, picture frames. pool-cover equipment, lighting fixtures, or truck body parts.
  
  
•   We provide T5 temper (T-6 for higher strength applications) and T52 or T1 tempers when bending is required. Our extrusions are produced to Aluminum Associations standards or better and to Aluminum Association QQ-A-200/9 and to ASTM-B-221 if required.
  
  
•   6101 has been developed for electrical (bus bar) applications. Our 6101 alloy extrusions will meet the minimum Aluminum Association IACS conductivity requirements in T-5 and T6 tempers.
  
  
•   Auxiliary Equipment required for quality extrusions operations is on site and includes cooling fans, automated run-out tables, stretchers, cut-to-length saw equipment and precisely temperature-controlled aging furnaces.
